For our Milan office we are looking for a UX Researcher to join our small but mighty design team and contribute to the improvement of our customer experience and engagement.

What you will do
You will put users at the centre of every design process
You will work closely with ux designers, product managers, developers, operations and data analysts in a collaborative way in order to reach our common objectives.
You will organize and run, in person or remotely, users researches to drive and validate design solutions and make our customers have memorable shopping experiences.
You will collaborate with the Design Lead in defining a strategic research plan and suggesting the most valuable tools and methodologies to reach our goal.

You have a portfolio that proofs your methodology knowledge and results achieved.
You solve problems with a data-oriented approach (user-testing, user interviews, analytics, surveys, benchmarking, etc.)
You are able to run test and researches on website, webapps and native apps.
You have excellent abilities in sharing user researches results.
You shine in journey mapping, surveys and analysis design, behavioural studies and persona creation.
You have worked in Agile or Kanban delivery team.
You are a team player, someone who works with generosity and disposability.
You master copywriting as an intrinsic part of your design process.
You master excellent creative, comunicative, relational and organizational skills.
You are autonomous in defining accurate estimation of time and budgets.
You’re fluent in English — we use it daily.
