Inside the Business Development team, the Strategic Partner Manager will report directly to the Retail Sales Manager and he/she will be responsible for the performance, evolution and success of our Large-scale retail partners. On top of it, he/she will need to strengthen the relationship in order to drive upsell and business growth. He/she will have assigned a portfolio of retail and will be the spoc inside and outside the organization for the end to end in life management of the account.
The main responsibilities and activities in full details will be:
Manage the relationship ensuring the partner satisfaction, fostering loyalty to our services and plan expansion.
Full accountability on revenue and margin targets for the assigned retail brands leveraging the following metrics and means:
conversion rate optimization
customer experience improvement
Devise strategy to assure partner expansion.
Perform data analysis to drive key business insights, scalable growth strategies, and detailed execution plans
Coordinate with other teams in order to ensure we are delivering the best experience to our customers and that we are fully exploiting our potential.
Lead launch process for new partners joining the Supermercato24 marketplace, overseeing catalog setup, marketing, PR and operations
Carry on quarterly review with insightful analysis and a consulting approach in order to deepen our knowledge of the partner needs and don’t miss any opportunity
Identifying new services and features to be integrated in our platform and drive adoption with our retail partners
Research new and existing partners

Master of science in management engineering, business administration or other analytical/scientific background;
Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively with key stakeholders across multiple channels;
